Need help? Here are the most common answers.
How do I start?
Tap Create Tukii, give it a name and share the link or code with your partner or friends. When you both give it love on the same day, the egg hatches and your streak begins.
How do I join someone's pet?
Open the link they sent you, or type the code (for example ABC-234) on the home screen and tap Join.
Why is my pet sad or sick?
A day counts when at least two people give it love. If a day goes by without love, you have 3 chances to save it.
How do I earn coins?
Tukii drops coins every day: tap them to collect them. You can also earn up to 5 coins a day by playing.
Someone is bothering me in the chat
Tap their message and choose Report or Block. We review reports within 24 hours.
I don't get notifications
Turn them on in ⚙️ Settings. On iPhone, first add Tukii to your home screen and open it from there.
Change the language
Go to ⚙️ Settings → 🌐 Language and choose Español or English.
Delete my account
Go to ⚙️ Settings → Delete my account. More information.
