What Tukii is

Tukii is a virtual pet you take care of together with your partner or friends. You must be 13 years or older to use it.

What data we store

• An anonymous identifier created when you open Tukii. No email or phone number needed.
• Your name or nickname, so others know who is writing in the chat.
• Your birth year, only to confirm you are 13 or older.
• Your pets: name, look, accessories, days of love, coins, records and game progress.
• Chat messages for each pet.
• If you turn on notifications: a device code to send you alerts.
• If you report a message: the reported message and the reason.
• Your language (Spanish or English).

We don't ask for your location, contacts, photos, email or phone number. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with advertisers and we don't show ads. We don't use your data to track you across other apps or websites.

How we use it

Only to make Tukii work: saving your pets' progress, showing the chat, sending the notifications you turned on and keeping the community safe.

Who can see it

A pet can only be seen by people who have its code. They see the pet's name, its progress, your nickname and the chat messages. Only share the code with people you know.

Security

Our database is protected by security rules: nobody can see or change your pets without their code, and each person can only change their own data. All information is encrypted between your device and our servers.

Delete your account and data

In Tukii, tap ⚙️ Settings → Delete my account. Your profile, messages, love, coins and the pets you created that nobody else takes care of are deleted immediately. You can also ask by writing to support@tukiiapp.com; we'll do it within 30 days. More information.

Community rules (zero tolerance)

By using Tukii you accept these rules. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users.

• Don't send offensive, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexual, violent or illegal messages, or spam.
• Don't impersonate others or share other people's personal information.
• Tukii automatically filters offensive words.
• In the chat you can tap any message to report it or block its sender. Once blocked, you won't see their messages or get their notifications.
• We review reports within 24 hours. We may remove content and ban anyone who breaks these rules.

Terms of use

• Tukii is free and provided "as is". We may change, improve or remove features at any time.
• Coins and accessories are virtual: they have no real value, can't be bought with money and can't be exchanged for money.
• You are responsible for what you write and who you share your pets' codes with.
• If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
