Delete your Tukii account
You can delete your account and data at any time.
From the app (immediate)
- Open Tukii.
- Tap ⚙️ Settings (top right).
- Tap Delete my account and data.
- Confirm with Yes, delete everything.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name or nickname and birth year.
- All the messages you wrote in the chat.
- Your love, coins, records and notification code.
- The pets you created that nobody else takes care of.
Shared pets stay for the other people, without your data. Reports of offensive content are kept for up to 90 days for safety and then deleted.
If you no longer have the app
Write to support@tukiiapp.com with the subject “Delete my account” and the code of one of your pets. We'll delete your data within 30 days.
